Return Eligibility

We accept returns that meet specific conditions and are initiated within 30 days. You can return an item if you meet the following conditions:

The product is in resalable condition.

You received the wrong item (wrong size or style).

The item has a quality issue or was damaged in transit.

How to Initiate a Return

Please provide the following information: your order number, the item you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Our team will review your application and respond within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will provide: a return address, detailed packaging and shipping instructions.

Please pack the returned item carefully to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible. When sending the returned item, please use a trackable shipping method and send us the tracking number so we can track the return.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a product defect or our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Damaged or Defective Items (e.g., loose threads in the tapestry, deformed metal ornaments, etc.)

We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged or defective item. To resolve the issue as quickly as possible:

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Please provide your order number and a brief description of the problem.

Upon confirmation, we will arrange a refund or exchange—you can choose your preferred method.

Note: Reasonable color variations in wall hangings are normal, as colors displayed on different devices may differ slightly from what the naked eye sees. Significant color differences are also covered under our compensation policy.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

The refund will be processed through your original payment method.

The actual arrival time depends on your payment service provider or bank.

You will receive an email notification upon completion of the refund.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order other styles of metal pendants, wall hangings, or tapestries, we suggest you:

Changed your mind? We completely understand.

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number.

Please note: Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Need to update your shipping address or change the product?

You can submit a modification request (e.g., address, size, or style) within 48 hours of placing your order.

Modifications cannot be made after this period or once the order is in the processing stage.
